Sebastian Vettel’s F1 title in Ferrari’s hands

| December 10, 2012

Red Bull racer Sebastian Vettel stands to lose his Formula One Championship Title if Ferrari decides to appeal against the German for ignoring the no overtaking lights. The standings of the race may change yet.

If found guilty when charged, Vettel may be penalized by twenty (20) seconds that will shift his position in the race from sixth to eighth. As a result, Vettel will lose the championship by a point as opposed to winning it be three.

Footage from Sebastian’s own vehicle reveals that he paid no heed to the three yellow blinking lights as he zoomed past Jean-Eric Vergne.

Fernando Alonso posted his opinion in Spanish, “I don’t believe in miracles. I make my miracles out of correct rules.”

Even though Ferrari is closely reviewing various aspects of the case, sources claim that the Spaniard who finished second at Sao Paulo behind Jenson Button is pushing Ferrari to lodge a complaint officially.
